Size Guide

Measure XSSMLXL2XL
Note on Short Sizes: Selected gear is available in "Short" versions. These maintain the body measurements above but come with a 3 inch shorter inner leg.
Measure your body, not the gear

Grab a tape and measure over your base layers to get an accurate starting point. These specs refer to your actual body size, not the dimensions of the garments. If you find yourself caught between two sizes, think about how you ride. Size up for a looser fit and extra room for layers, or size down for a tighter, technical feel.

Sizing Format: Waist / Inseam (for example, 34/32 means 34" recommended waist fit and 32" inseam length).

Waist

Body measurements around your natural waistline and seat, plus flat waistband garment width.

Waist W30W32W34W36W38W40

Inseam

Inner leg length measured from crotch to floor, along with suggested user height range.

Inseam L30L32L34
Use your current favorite pant as a guide

The most reliable shortcut to your size is to take your favorite pair of non-stretch jeans or work pants, button them, and lay them flat on a table. Measure straight across the top edge of the waistband (Garment 1/2 waist) and match it against the table above. For length, measure from the crotch fork down the inner seam to the bottom hem.

Sizing Format: US (Men's) / EU (Men's). If you are between sizes or plan to use thick thermal socks, we recommend sizing up.

Boots Sizing Chart

Find your boot size by matching your maximum foot length with the chart below.

US (Men's) EU (Men's) Max Foot Length Inside Length
How to measure your feet

Stand on a sheet of paper with your riding or work socks on, with your heel firmly against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance straight back to the wall. Match that measurement against Max Foot Length in the chart above.

Max Foot Length: Our recommended max foot length that will fit comfortably in that size.

Inside Length: Total interior boot length with built-in clearance for movement, toe wiggle room, boot lining, and thicker socks.

How to measure

Length / Height

Your full height, boots off, back against a wall.

Chest

The widest circumference of your chest, directly beneath the armpits.

Waist

Your natural waistline, right where you normally bend.

Hip & Seat

The widest part of your seat with your heels together.

Inner Leg / Inseam

From the crotch straight down to the floor or ankle bone without boots on.

Arm

From the edge of your shoulder bone straight down to the wrist bone.

Hand

Width across knuckles with your palm flat, and length from wrist to tip of middle finger.

Foot Length

From the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe while standing upright.

The Builds

Relaxed

Built with a generous cut for the riders and workers who like to layer up or prefer that loose feel. It is a "no-pinch" zone designed for unrestricted mobility when wrestling equipment, bending, or wrenching.

Pro Tip: If you prefer a trimmer silhouette around town, size down.
Regular

The middle ground. Follows the natural contours of your body without being restrictive or excessively baggy. A versatile, honest cut that gets the job done on and off the machine.

Pro Tip: Check your tape measurements and pick your exact size.
Lean

A more streamlined, closer cut designed to stay out of your way. We remove excess bulk so nothing snags or slows you down, keeping a clean profile with full range of motion.

Pro Tip: If you like roomier thigh space or wear thick thermal liners, consider sizing up.

The Essentials

The Block Pant is built from 100% heavyweight cotton twill, one of the most time-tested, indestructible fabrics in classic workwear. Purpose-built for carpenters, framers, and tradespeople, it takes whatever punishment the job site throws at it and just keeps going. It is a heavyweight, no-nonsense work pant built to handle raw abuse day in and day out.

The Nitty-Gritty

There’s a reason heavy cotton twill has been the gold standard on construction sites for generations. It’s thick, rugged, and gets better the more you wear it, breaking in over time without wearing out. If your day involves dragging lumber, kneeling in gravel, or crawling around subfloors, the Block Pant gives you that thick armor-like protection you can rely on when the work gets dirty.

We packed this pant with real-world utility so your tools stay right where you need them. You get removable Cordura utility pockets on the hips that you can snap on for heavy tool days and take off when you're jumping in the truck. The kneepad pockets are reinforced with Cordura so you can drop onto concrete or subflooring without shredding your pants. We also added a side hammer loop, a multi-purpose knife pocket, back pockets, a sturdy aluminum D-ring at the waist, and a cargo pocket with integrated phone storage so your gear stays safe while you're moving around.

Heavy reinforced seams and Cordura edge-reinforcements on the pockets and leg hems mean these won't fray or blow out after a few months on the job. Complete with adjustable leg hems to seal out sawdust and gravel, this is honest, heavy-duty workwear built for the long haul.

What We're Built On

We're a small crew from the north, started by a few folks who believe in building honest gear for our community.

"Every piece of apparel we sell helps us put money back where it matters: into the small towns and rural communities where we all live and ride."

Thanks for being a part of it.

Honest, Purpose-Built Gear

Durable equipment that simply works, no frills attached

A Purchase with a Purpose

Every piece of gear sold helps us invest back into our communities

On When You Need 'Em, Off When You Don't

Hanging holster pockets are a lifesaver when you're loaded down with screws, tape, and pliers on the job site. But can be a pain in the rear when you hop into the truck or head into town. We built these utility pockets to lock in solid when you're working hard, and snap right off in seconds when you're off the clock or tossing the pants in the wash.

Save Your Knees for the Weekend

Crawling around under a trailer, laying decking, or kneeling on cold shop concrete will wreck your joints fast. We built bottom-loading kneepad pockets right where you need them, so you can slide your favorite foam pads in when it's time to get low, and slip them out when the dirty work is done. Your future self will thank you.

No Blowouts Allowed

There's nothing worse than splitting your pants right down the middle when you're lifting a heavy beam or stepping up onto a rig. We triple-stitched the main seam lines and bar-tacked every high-stress point so you can strain, twist, and work all day long with zero fear of an embarrassing tear.
