Size Guide

Measure XSSMLXL2XL
Note on Short Sizes: Selected gear is available in "Short" versions. These maintain the body measurements above but come with a 3 inch shorter inner leg.
Measure your body, not the gear

Grab a tape and measure over your base layers to get an accurate starting point. These specs refer to your actual body size, not the dimensions of the garments. If you find yourself caught between two sizes, think about how you ride. Size up for a looser fit and extra room for layers, or size down for a tighter, technical feel.

Sizing Format: Waist / Inseam (for example, 34/32 means 34" recommended waist fit and 32" inseam length).

Waist

Body measurements around your natural waistline and seat, plus flat waistband garment width.

Waist W30W32W34W36W38W40

Inseam

Inner leg length measured from crotch to floor, along with suggested user height range.

Inseam L30L32L34
Use your current favorite pant as a guide

The most reliable shortcut to your size is to take your favorite pair of non-stretch jeans or work pants, button them, and lay them flat on a table. Measure straight across the top edge of the waistband (Garment 1/2 waist) and match it against the table above. For length, measure from the crotch fork down the inner seam to the bottom hem.

Sizing Format: US (Men's) / EU (Men's). If you are between sizes or plan to use thick thermal socks, we recommend sizing up.

Boots Sizing Chart

Find your boot size by matching your maximum foot length with the chart below.

US (Men's) EU (Men's) Max Foot Length Inside Length
How to measure your feet

Stand on a sheet of paper with your riding or work socks on, with your heel firmly against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance straight back to the wall. Match that measurement against Max Foot Length in the chart above.

Max Foot Length: Our recommended max foot length that will fit comfortably in that size.

Inside Length: Total interior boot length with built-in clearance for movement, toe wiggle room, boot lining, and thicker socks.

How to measure

Length / Height

Your full height, boots off, back against a wall.

Chest

The widest circumference of your chest, directly beneath the armpits.

Waist

Your natural waistline, right where you normally bend.

Hip & Seat

The widest part of your seat with your heels together.

Inner Leg / Inseam

From the crotch straight down to the floor or ankle bone without boots on.

Arm

From the edge of your shoulder bone straight down to the wrist bone.

Hand

Width across knuckles with your palm flat, and length from wrist to tip of middle finger.

Foot Length

From the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe while standing upright.

The Builds

Relaxed

Built with a generous cut for the riders and workers who like to layer up or prefer that loose feel. It is a "no-pinch" zone designed for unrestricted mobility when wrestling equipment, bending, or wrenching.

Pro Tip: If you prefer a trimmer silhouette around town, size down.
Regular

The middle ground. Follows the natural contours of your body without being restrictive or excessively baggy. A versatile, honest cut that gets the job done on and off the machine.

Pro Tip: Check your tape measurements and pick your exact size.
Lean

A more streamlined, closer cut designed to stay out of your way. We remove excess bulk so nothing snags or slows you down, keeping a clean profile with full range of motion.

Pro Tip: If you like roomier thigh space or wear thick thermal liners, consider sizing up.

The Essentials

The Anvil is the absolute heavy hitter of our lineup, built for the rider who spends their days wrestling through tight trees and deep powder. We didn’t just put reinforcements on the high-wear spots, we built the entire suit out of full-body Cordura. It’s a rugged, heavy-duty fortress designed to be the best piece of gear we could possibly put together.

The Nitty-Gritty

When you're out there in the backcountry, your gear is a tool, and the Anvil is the one you reach for when you need maximum protection. By using 195g/m2 Cordura Nylon for the whole shell, we've created a suit that handles everything you can put it through without breaking a sweat. It’s backed by a Sympatex 45k membrane, which works harder the more you move, keeping you dry while you're working the sled through technical terrain. We even added an expandable collar and chest vents so you can dump heat quickly when the riding gets intense.

The utility doesn't stop on the outside. Inside, we’ve included a full harness system to keep the suit sitting right, plus a clever neck loop that lets you drop the top half without it dragging in the snow when you’re taking a breather. We placed a waist D-ring on both sides, so you’ve always got a handy spot to clip your killswitch tether whether you’re stepping off to help a buddy dig out or scouting the next line through the trees. We also made sure your vitals are covered with a dedicated transceiver pocket and included EVA knee guards that sit behind the Kevlar reinforced knee panels, because we know those running boards can be unforgiving.

From the super heavy-duty zippers to the large cargo pockets that actually hold your gear, every inch of the Anvil is built for the long haul. It's not about looking flashy, it's about having a suit that’s as reliable as the tools in your workshop and built to be your go-to gear for many winters to come.

Bone Dry, No Matter What

We don't gamble with the weather. The Sympatex 45k membrane is top-of-the-line tech that keeps the wet stuff out while breathing harder the more you work. It’s windproof, waterproof, and built to handle the kind of days where most folks stay inside by the fire.

Submarine-Grade Protection

We added a Fidlock hermetic pocket that seals itself hermetically the second you let go. It’s waterproof down to 30 meters—which is way deeper than any sled belongs. It’s the ultimate safe zone for your electronics, keeping them bone dry even when you’re buried in the deepest powder or caught in a spring downpour.

Room to breathe

Everyone has a different setup for helmets and layering, but that expandable collar is about more than just a comfortable fit. It’s a key tool for regulating your heat when the riding gets intense. By unzipping it, you create instant airflow and better breathability. It gives you that extra space to breathe and stay dry, while still keeping the wind from biting when you’re pinned across a lake.

Tough as Nails

We didn’t just slap some Cordura on the high-wear areas like everyone else. We went all in. The entire main fabric is heavy-duty Cordura, built to take a beating and last for years while still being engineered to move with you. It’s honest, rugged protection that doesn't quit.

Dump Heat on Demand

Digging out a stuck sled is part of the game, but soaking your base layers in sweat shouldn't be. Our mesh-lined vents are strategically placed and easy to reach, letting you dump heat fast when things get intense so you stay dry from the inside out.

Hardware That Holds Up

We don't believe in cutting corners on the small stuff. All our external openings are fitted with YKK Aquaguard waterproof zippers. They’re built to keep the slush and snow on the outside where it belongs, even when you're carving through the deep stuff or getting caught in a spring rain.

The Sled-Break Setup

Our internal harness is there to make sure the bottom half of your gear stays locked in place and never gets in the way of your movement. When it’s time to air out or grab a wrench, the dedicated neck loop allows you to secure the shell to the harness. It keeps the top half held up and off the ground, so you don't have to worry about your gear dragging in the snow or grease.

Taking the Edge Off

Hard surfaces and stray knocks can be unforgiving on the knees. We’ve tucked thin EVA foam guards into dedicated internal pockets to take the sting out of those small bumps and jars. They aren't meant to be heavy-duty armor, but they provide that extra bit of comfort exactly where you need it most.

Overkill Where It Counts

We believe in building gear that lasts longer than a single season. That’s why we’ve armored the knees and inner cuffs with Kevlar, delivering legendary toughness precisely where your gear meets the machine. It’s the kind of overkill that makes a real difference when you’re pushing through the brush.

Crystal Clear Vision

Nothing ruins a good line like a foggy or snow-covered lens. We’ve tucked a dedicated goggle wipe into one of the chest pockets so it’s right there when you need it. It’s a simple addition, because seeing where you're going is kind of a big deal.

A Home for Your Vitals

Some gear is too important to just rattle around in any pocket. We’ve included dedicated internal pockets with a secure carabiner for your transceiver and other essentials. It’s about knowing exactly where your most important tools are when the adventure gets real.
