Production & Delivery

Pre-Order Timeline

Building gear that can take a beating across the backcountry and the job site does not happen overnight, and we refuse to cut corners to rush the clock.

When you order an item marked as a Pre-Order, you are claiming gear directly from our active production batches before the run leaves the factory floor. The rolls of fabric are cut, the seams are taped, and every pocket and zipper is checked by hand.

Ordering In-Stock Gear? This timeline applies strictly to items marked for pre-order. Gear that is currently in stock ships out right away from our shelves. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order gear, please check them out separately so your in-stock gear is not held back.

Why We Work This Way

We do not believe in overproducing piles of excess inventory just to hold massive discount clearance sales later. By opening our production runs to pre-orders, you lock in your size and color early, and you help us build exactly what our community needs without waste.

It is a direct, honest way of building gear that pours every dollar back into raw material durability instead of warehouse overhead.

What To Expect

Target Delivery Windows

Each pre-order product page lists an estimated arrival window. This reflects our most realistic timeline based on active assembly and factory schedules.

Clear Communication

We keep you in the loop. You will receive updates as the batch clears assembly, moves through transit, and lands at our warehouse for final packaging.

The Workshop Reality

When building heavy-duty hardware and technical garments, international freight or fine-tuning a seam can occasionally cause minor shifts. We respect your patience, honest gear is always worth the wait.

Honest. Durable. Purpose-built.
